STEP FUNCTION DESCRIPTION OF SMALL OIL REFINERY:
1.First step: It is to purify the oil and remove the waste in the oil first time.
2.Second step: It is to purify the oil and remove the waste again to make oil more clean.
3.Third step: It is to remove the bad smelling of the oil, so to make the oil better and no smelling.
4.Oil filter: It is to fil the oil to make purified oil arrive good quality oil, and can meet people edible need.

6.Heating method: deodorization tank inside structure is double stainless steel coil, one is for heating by steam, another is for cooling. Since oil heating by inside coil with high temperature steam, the oil quality will be higher than directly heating the oil by electricity.
7.Steam generator:
Bigger capacity, so it can be used for whole process. Bleaching and filtering bleaching earth are also processed under vacuum condition, then after bleaching, no need to cool down the oil, this will save lots of time while other suppliers’ machines need to wait at least 6hours to cool down the oil.
